A Couple of Weeks
Ok... So I know it's been a couple of weeks. I am disappointed in myself. Not only have I not been keeping up with blogging, but I haven't really been exercising all that much either. I have been doing cardio at least 3 times each week, but that's about it. I promise... This upcoming week will be better! I'm biking tonight, doing my third run of the week tomorrow, then I will start next week off with a run and keep at it. Just please don't be too disappointed in me if I mess up...

I know, I know
Okay... So it's been a while since I last posted. I just got really sick of writing about nothing everyday. I know I was boring anyone who reads this blog. BUT... I'm back (kind of). I will continue to post, but only every-so-often. No one wants to hear about my day EVERY DAY. I don't even want to hear about my day everyday. That being said, I have been doing really well. I have continued to be under my calorie count everyday for the past 16 days and I have done some sort of cardio each day as well. However, I will be honest... I gave up on the 40 day challenges thing. They were just too much too soon. I will find something that works for me, though. Inner thighs and arms, you WILL go down!

Long Day
Today was a long day... I woke up early this morning to go for a run with a friend. It was a good time, but I was exhausted once it was over. The lake we ran at had some small inclines, not too bad, but not great for someone who made the mistake of doing leg day yesterday (lol). I then went to my brother's house for my sister-in-law's birthday (where I ate crap since that was all that was available). Because of that, I had to get an extra bit of cardio in tonight, just to be on the safe side. It is now 23:00 and I am exhausted. I just wish my husband weren't working tonight because it might be nice to get just a bit more cardio in again, even if I am tired. ;-)
