Today was a long day... I woke up early this morning to go for a run with a friend. It was a good time, but I was exhausted once it was over. The lake we ran at had some small inclines, not too bad, but not great for someone who made the mistake of doing leg day yesterday (lol). I then went to my brother's house for my sister-in-law's birthday (where I ate crap since that was all that was available). Because of that, I had to get an extra bit of cardio in tonight, just to be on the safe side. It is now 23:00 and I am exhausted. I just wish my husband weren't working tonight because it might be nice to get just a bit more cardio in again, even if I am tired. ;-)
