Exhausted

So it is day three and I am tired from my work out today and not looking forward to my class tonight.  That being said, I definitely have an exhausted pup.  Because I am a female running alone, I have enlisted the protection of one of my dogs (who also tends to fluctuate in weight when left to her own devices).  Currently she is very looking healthy, but I have discovered that she is not the runner.  It was nice, though, because now there are two of us in the house trying to get fit together.  Soon, she and I will both be moving fast!  Just not tonight because she is currently passed out on her bed in my living room.

Accountability Exercise of the Day:

Walking: 1 hr 30 min
Interval Training: 30 minutes (Week 1, Day 2 of the C25K app)
Abs Workout: 15 minutes
