Ow! My Legs!

If you frequent the interwebs, I am sure that you have most likely seen the below meme:


I officially know why the gentleman above has obviously not done legs in a while.  Those exercises HURT!  I just finished my very first leg day and I. am. sore!  I have a feeling that tomorrow, my legs are not going to be motivated enough to get out of bed, nonetheless exercise.  But, I know it will need to be done.  What are those sayings again?




Whichever cliché you want to use, it is all the same thing.  Nothing is easy.  You may go through pain, but you will come out better for it and that is just what I will do!

Accountability Exercise of the Day:

Cycling: 30 min
Leg Workout: 15 minutes
